NMB Bank Supports 40 Students under CSR Initiative

Kathmandu : NMB Bank, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, provided educational support to 40 students from the indigenous Tamu Community in collaboration with Tamu Dhin Nepal. The support was announced on the occasion of the 42nd establishment day of Tamu Dhin Nepal.

As part of the support, students studying in community schools of Gandaki Province received educational materials and school uniforms during a special program organized by Tamu Dhin Nepal in Pokhara.

The support materials were jointly distributed by Hon. Rekha Gurung, Minister for Social Development, Youth and Sports of Gandaki Province, Founding Chairman of Tamu Dhin Nepal Ms. Karma Kumari Tamu, President of Tamu Dhin Nepal Mr. Hum Bahadur Gurung and NMB Bank Gandaki Province Head Mr. Rajiv Ranjit.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ranjit expressed by collaborating with Tamu Dhin Nepal, NMB Bank’s continued its commitment toward education, community empowerment, and social development through meaningful CSR initiatives.

NMB Bank has been providing financial services through 198 branches, 176 ATMs, and 9 extended counters across the country.
