Xiaomi Nepal Inaugurates Official Service Centers in Nepalgunj and Ghorahi

Nepalgunj, 11 Falgun : Global technology giant Xiaomi has expanded its services in Nepal by inaugurating official service centres at Setu BK Chowk in Nepalgunj and Tulsipur Chowk in Ghorahi, Dang. These centres have been established to provide enhanced services and facilities to Xiaomi users in the country.

Through these new service centres, Xiaomi will offer repair, maintenance, and technical support for its smartphones, wearables (such as smartwatches and fitness bands), hearables (earphones/headphones), and IoT devices. The centres will also provide genuine Xiaomi spare parts, ensuring high-quality and reliable service for customers.

The operation of these service centres will be managed by TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd., a company under Ramesh Corp, which has been providing official Xiaomi services and trustworthy customer support across Nepal.

From the date of inauguration, the Nepalgunj and Ghorahi service centres will offer special benefits to local customers for one month. During this period, customers can enjoy free servicing and software upgrades for all devices, up to 25% discount on out-of-warranty spare parts and repair services, and no service charges for out-of-warranty spare parts.

Skilled technicians will be available at the Setu Bika Chok (Nepalgunj) and Tulsipur Chowk (Ghorahi, Dang) centres to provide services ranging from routine repairs to complex technical issues according to official standards.
